How can I become a TEFS trader?
You can get one of the packages with an education program involved and start trading in a simulated environment.
What type of financial instruments can be traded using a TEFS Funded Account?
TEFS users have access to thousands of financial instruments like US stock CFD's, Futures, Forex, Crypto. Traders can trade all instruments on the same platform.
Who owns the funds in a TEFS account?
TEFS owns all the funds in the account.
Why can't I trade low-volume stocks or pink sheets on the TEFS platform?
Low volume stocks have normally large spreads, low volumes and high coverage costs. Professional traders usually avoid trading low volume high spread stocks because of the higher risks involved when trading them.
Can a Provider transfer funds to the TEFS Funded Account?
No. TEFS does not accept funding of any kind from its providers.
Can TEFS change its trading Terms and Conditions?
Yes, TEFS may apply changes to the trading Terms and Conditions.
What are the benefits of trading a TEFS-funded account?
The TEFS trader has no risk to his capital. TEFS shares the major part of the profits generated by the trader with the trader according to the terms stated in the TEFS agreement.

The TEFS trading platform is fast, reliable and cost-effective. It integrates charting, screening and execution to one powerful trading platform built for professional traders and perfect for trading the fast-moving markets today.
What are the typical execution cost on the TEFS platform?
$10 per 1000 shares traded plus routing fees, with a minimum of 2.5$ per trade. This is an estimation. The trader can find exact pricing in the Terms and Conditions.
Can TEFS suspend or close the account traded by a provider?
Yes, any breach of the TEFS agreement on the trader's part may result in such an action. TEFS provides funding to its traders and expects high levels of professionalism, dedication, and compliance with its rules and regulations.
How do I get paid?
To get paid a user who purchased a funded account needs to fill a "payout form" and submit it to approval by no later than the 10th of the month. Payouts are processed by the 15th of each month for the previous month to eligible traders.
How do I close my funded account with TEFS?
To close your account, contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and ensure that any remaining balances are settled.

Our programs are open to individuals over 18 who have a basic understanding of trading. Prior trading experience is beneficial but not required.

What is the refund policy of TEFS?
TEFS offers a risk-free trial. You can open a demo account to experience our professional trading platform without any financial commitment. If you decide to buy a package and aren't satisfied within 7 days, we'll provide a full refund, as long as you haven't initiated any trades on your real account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
What is your KYC policy?
You'll be asked to provide KYC documents when you request your first payout.
TEFS reserves the right to request KYC documents for any purchase amount, at its sole discretion.
To complete the KYC verification process, you'll need to provide one of the following valid photo IDs:
National ID, Passport or Driver's License.
Ensure that the documents you submit are current and valid. Expired documents will not be accepted.
